I am just a regular everyday person with the same struggles that many men and women have today. I come from an obese family, and I have had to work all of my adult life to keep my weight down.

I was in my 40’s when I had my 4th child. I gained 60 pounds with that pregnancy and it took me 5 years to get all the weight off. As I have moved along in my journey, I have truly learned that you get the body you earn.  Over the last 5 years I have worked with several fitness models helping them to adjust things to maximize their results.  I have learned a lot over the years and my broad education has helped me to look at the body differently than most.

Along this journey I met fitness model David Kimmerle.  We have worked on many projects together and have realized that there is no one size fits all.  We have decided to come together on a memership site and give you different things to choose from so that you can reach your fitness goals.

At 50, I feel that I am in the best shape of my life. It is not just about being thin; it is about being healthy and having the best quality of life. These videos are amazing.  We have short 30 second videos that explain how to do a particular exercise as well as special “How To” videos.  There are even videos where you can work out right along with David.  All of these videos can be live stream to your smart phone so you can do at the gym.

There are tons of diets to choose from.  If you are someone that likes to eat 4 times, 5 times or more a day, you can choose what works for you.  We even have carb cycling plans for those that would like to carb cycle and don’t know how.
