Balsamic Chicken

6 boneless Chicken breast halves (rinsed and patted dry)

1 ½ tea. Rosemary

2 Cloves Garlic

½ tea. Pepper

¼ tea. Sea salt

2 T extra virgin Olive oil

¼ C. Balsamic Vinegar

Combine Rosemary, garlic, pepper and Salt in a small bowl and mix well.  Place chicken in a large bowl and pour olive oil on.  Rub the spices in and cover and refrigerate over night.

Preheat oven to 450 degrees.  Spray a roasting pan with Smart Balance omega cooing spray and place chicken in pan.  Bake for 10 minutes and turn and cook for another 10 minutes.  Drizzle the vinegar over the chicken and place on plate.
