Oatmeal Protein Pumpkin Pancakes
4 egg whites
1/3 C. gluten free dry oatmeal
1 scoop vanilla Only Protein powder
1/3 C. Pumpkin
1/2 teas. pumpkin spice
Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix together. Spray frying pan with cooking spray and cook mixture as you do regular pancakes. Serve with Loahun syrup. You can find Lohaun at the health food store and it doesn’t create an insulin response.
