Stuffed Bell Peppers

Stuffed Bell Peppers

Made this last night and it was so good.  Super easy to make and great reheated.  The yellow peppers I think taste the best but both work.  Enjoy.

1 lbs. Lean Bison or Beef
1C. Gluten free Oats
1 whole egg and 3 egg whites
2 T. Italian seasoning
2 Table spoons Classico Rosted Garlic tomato sauce
2 teas garlic powder
2 T. chopped garlic
1 teas. Sea Salt

Mix all ingredients above well.

4 Bell Peppers Washed/cleaned out and cut in half.
Stuff with above mix.
Top with a heaping tablespoon of Classico sauce and then sprinkle with parmesan cheese.

Bake for 45 min at 350
